Lilibeth L. Cain , Esquire
Attorney

Lilibeth L. Cain, is a native of Colombia, South America. Lilibeth's family immigrated to the United States when she was a young child. Her family established their residence in Long Island, New York, where Lilibeth was raised. Her parents Milciades J. Cuadrado and Nancy D. Cuadrado, instilled in their seven children the values of education, hard work, and compassion. Intimately aware of the struggles associated with adapting and persevering in the American culture, Lilibeth is especially conscientious in her representation of each individual.

Upon graduation from Herricks High School of New Hyde Park, New York in 1995, Lilibeth pursued her undergraduate studies at Binghamton University (S.U.N.Y), and graduated in 1999 obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with two majors: Philosophy, Politics, & Law, and Literature & Rhetoric. As a volunteer for a non-profit community center for battered immigrant women, Lilibeth realized her calling to assist Latino's in need of legal representation. This determination to provide legal services to the Hispanic community, ultimately led her to pursue and earn a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Global Law and Practice Certificate in 2002. Lilibeth proudly represented Syracuse as a member of the International Moot Court Team at the Willem C. Vis International Sales and Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria. She continued her legal education at the University of Miami School of Law and pursued a Masters of Law degree in Inter-American Law.

Lilibeth has primarily practiced in the areas of immigration and family law. She has represented individual and business clients in the U.S. and throughout the world by providing representation before the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service, United States Embassies and Consulate Generals, Executive Office of Immigration Review, Department of Labor, and other related agencies of the government of the United States.

Lilibeth is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
